I actually called them today as I am close to doing the install. I have winch, rear Dobinsons coils, JBA high caster uppers, 6112s, 5160s, and B12 specials all sitting in boxes, just still waiting on that slimline Front bumper 13 weeks later to get shipped.
I looked up Bilstein’s manual last night and sure as shit it says adds .5 lift. Today he said that’s without any weight on the spring. I said, but the spring description says for front ends with up to 130lbs. He says yes, it should be close to zero with that much weight.
I said then why would you say plus .5??? Anyways, it a a circular line of questioning that personally I think could be avoided. I just wanted to share in case someone else is looking.
I think it would be best to go with an equal lift in the front and back and have 1/4 inch less rake than go lower and have an increased rake.
I tow a small trailer and personally couldn’t imagine having a reverse rake by leveling it out.
I also have the brand new front 600 lb Bilstein coils that came with the front shocks if someone wants them discounted w/KDSS.
