Running different shock brands

Hey Guys,

I am currently running 5100 with dobinsons 3/2 lift springs. I got a set of rear fox 2.0 with reservoirs I'm planning to run right now. I will eventually get fox front coilovers maybe next year. will I have any issues running this setup? I know 5100 are digressive and fox is progressive. I don't do any high speed through the desert and wheel on occasions. Just wondering if It will cause problems. btw...my rear shocks seem to be topping out going over speedbumps a little quick.

Personally I’d be more concerned about emergency maneuvers on road in a potential accident avoidance situation. People with a matched suspension sometimes have issues with the electronic nannies so I wouldn’t mismatch and take that risk.

Definitely if you have the mula go with FOX 2.5 with DSC adjusters. Improves and enhances the driving experience...both on and off road

OP, you're good. Wife has 6112/fox 2.0 combo and absolutely loves it. 30k miles trouble free

Doubtful different shock valving is causing anything.

Awesome, I figured it might not hurt since I'm not doing anything crazy. I will for sure upgrade the front maybe by christmas. Thank you
