This is how I look at the moment. Funny they say the drivers side is bad? At least I don't have a bulb completely out at the moment. This is their HID kit with Phillips 4300k bulbs.

PM sent. I tried calling twice today and both times I apparently was too far out in the queue.

Edited to add, replacement finally came. Hopefully I won't need another, took way too long.
