I've looked at the Duracell line but I just keep going back to Interstate which I use in my cars and boat. Sorry if it doesn't help.

The original OEM Panasonic battery in my 2011 Limited did not pass the load test at a recent servicing. Eight years was a good run, and I did not want to chance going into the winter with a weak battery.

I recently installed the EHP24F Duracell battery, which has 725 Cold Cranking Amps (much more than the OEM Panasonic), 890 Cranking Amps, and a 120 Reserve Capacity. The three-year free replacement warranty gives piece of mind as well.

East Penn Manufacturing is the official manufacturer and distributor of Duracell automotive battery products for North America (and East Penn Canada is the Master re-distributor for Duracell alkaline batteries).

Not the gold but I went with the Duracell AGM in my GTO. So far so good but I've only had it for 2 weeks.

I had a Duracell AGM in my Jeep for over 2 years. No issues at all.

I've had 3 of the Group 31 Duracell Ultra deep cycle batteries in my boat for the past 2 years and they're great. I use two on the bow for the 24v trolling motor and one in the back for the 12v trolling motor, lights, bilge pump, fish finder, etc.

They're Deka/E.Penn.

Duracell Ultra BCI Group 31M Deep Cycle Marine & RV Battery - SLI31MDC at Batteries Plus Bulbs

Order online and get 10% off when you pick it up.

I've been told that Sam's Club sells some of these batteries at a good price fwiw.

This is a big step up from the 1986 Subaru GL wagon I used on the Outer Banks beaches for 14 years. That thing would go anywhere in the sand on 185/70-13 tires. Dual range 5 speed, factory skid plate, 3 position manually adjustable rear shocks and armored exhaust. All factory, including the white spoke wheels. The front sub frame finally rusted apart.
