I am 'fairly' certain what i will use to lift my 2018 SR5 Premium 4Runner.
I am looking to 'level' and reduce nose dive / cornering, and generally 'tighten up' the vehicle. This will not do any serious wheeling, but may see some of the easier / moderate trails in the Phoenix area.
I'm leaning towards Eibach Protruck shocks (possibly bilstein 5100, probably Eibach) and the OEM springs.
I have a pair of Toytec 25912 spacers (1/2 inch top mount) and here is my dilemma.
Do i set the shock at the 3rd perch (1.6" eibach / 1.85" bilstein) and add the top spacer for the last 1/2 inch. This would compress the spring a little less (i think), or just toss the spacers and set the shock to the 4th perch (2.5" on both), this would tighten the spring a little more (i think).
On the rear 3/4" or 1" cornfeds ? I'd like to run 275s but I have only seen them in an LT tire. I don't want to go to a 285, so i will probably use the largest 265s i can find (TerraGrapplers or Wildpeaks AT).
Thanks
