ARB Awning - Channel Spacing Dimensions

Can anyone give me the dimensions of the spacing between the two channels on the ARB awning mounts? i.e. the vertical distance between mounting bolts in the channels that mount to roof rack brackets. Thanks.

edit: probably should have put this in General. Feel free to move :oops

Maadcaap made brackets for the awning to mount on stock rails and I got them last week. The bracket has holes that correspond with the awning mounting rail. I can measure exact distance when I get home.

That'd be great. I just need the vertical distance. I know he did a 3-point attachment but I'm just looking to make something for myself, not steal his thunder

They are a standard 100mm which works out to be 3.94 inches center hole to center hole. The Rhino-Rack Sunseeker is the same dimension.

Ah, awesome. Thanks! Figured for this application, different brands would use different dimensions. Good to know though.

I've got a Gobi on order, but it won't be here until likely July at the earliest, but need to mount an awning for a trip in late May, so just need to come up with a quick, cheap bracket to use temporarily.

The distance from middle of top channel to middle of bottom channel is 1 15/16 inches. The holes on the bracket is 1/4 inch for the channel to accept the arb channel bolts.

Does anyone know how long MaadCaaps bracket is from end-to-end? Haven’t heard back from him.
