Good people, usually decent work. Expensive though and yes, quite far from the city. Also check out "The 4X4 Place" in Lake Hopatcong. I have yet to use them since I do my own work for the most part but I know most are very happy with them. Should be closer and cheaper. Simple installs like that should be cake for them.
Also, OK4WD is usually booked like a month or 2 out in my experience FYI.
You (probably) still have Grizzly around in Madison and Meadowlands 4wd in East Rutherford but I wouldnt really send you to either in good conscience from what I have heard over the years. Again though, super simple installs, even they would probably work out OK with them.
If you don't mind the trek down to New Egypt, I think No Excuses is still in business, good work and cheap too. It's 90% Jeeps but they probably would consider doing a wrenching session on a T4R. We used to use them for regears all the time in the Jeep world because they killed the prices compared to everyone else. Jack is the owner if you call them.
