Question Odd steering issue

Noticed lately that when I'm stopped while holding the brake and I turn the wheel left or right it comes to a stop and feels like it's binding up only to "free" up and continue its turn of I let off the brake and move slightly.

This doesn't happen if sitting still in park. I guess since it can move back and forth slightly which frees up whatever is binding?

3" lift with TC upper control arms. They're greased and the uniballs are lubed with ptfe dry lube.

I have 0offset wheels with spidertrax 1.25" spacers and 285s. They rub the body mount but this happens well before the tires rub on anything.

Any insite would be helpful
