Voodoo Blue....out of my tailpipe!!

So I parked my 2020 ORP on the street today so I could get my truck out of the garage to get it emissions tested. When I got home a few hours later, I tucked the truck away, and started the 4Runner (1000 miles or so) to move it back into the driveway. I got a pretty large plume of blue smoke that came out of the tailpipe - yikes! My first Toyota (1992 XTra Cab SR5 Pickup) did this a couple of times, and then stopped doing it).

I hope this is nothing serious. We'll see what happens. It sounds like something leaked in through a valve guide. The oil still looks new.

I'll run the vehicle up and down the Tiger Mountain Grade tomorrow just to set everything in and we'll go from there.

I just posted about this last week. My 17 ORP did the same thing two start ups in a row and hasn’t done it since. I have 50k miles and was recommended I change the pcv just in case. 1k miles for yours is weird, maybe have it checked out and try to capture it on film for the idiot service advisors.

I now remember that post! Can you remine me where the PCV is because I am too lazy to hunt for it? I long for the days of simpler vehicles (like my '68 Charger) where it was easy to find everything...it gave me lots of time to combat the rust!
