These are the std high caster. But when I compared them to stock, I’m surprised they actually have more clearance.

I'm a little confused about when it's advised to upgrade UCAs. CW is that with anything 2" or less, stock UCAs should be fine. However, since the TRD Pros already sit almost 1" higher than other trims, a 2/1.5 spacer coupled with TRD suspension on a non pro trim is almost 3" in height over stock (I believe OEM UCA part nos. are the same across all trims). So even though this lift is almost 3" higher than original, is it ok to stick with stock UCAs since it's really 2" over a stock Pro?

I used the stock UCA with my 2/1.5 cf. but the issue was could not get proper camber. My caster was at 4+ and toe was set close to 0. But my camber was ~ +3.

So to fix this I got UCA. Now my camber is back to ~ 0.1.

daytonaviolet, I am wondering how many miles you have put on the Ridge Grapplers, and your thoughts on them.

we don’t get much snow or ice in area, so I mainly use it for street use. I put on about 5k miles and I notice a bit more road noise compared to when it was new. But I also added spacers which exposes the tires to more wind as it sticks out more.

Overall I’m satisfied with its dry and wet performance to and from work. it feels much more comfortable then my stock limited setup. It’s a very smooth and planted feeling while taking fast sharp turns. I haven’t gone off roading with them yet.

Thanks for the reply! The Ridge Grapplers are what I have been eyeing as my next tire.

Sorry if I missed you mentioning it already in the thread, but what tires did you have before? I am on the Terra Grappler's and I notice the backend wanting to step-out on me when taking a turn too hot in wet conditions. I have never really had that issue with a car or motorcycle before unless I was intentionally trying to break the backend loose.

when I got truck, it had the Yokohama geolandar 265/65/20. It handled okay. But keep in mind my truck is full time 4wheel drive. I never felt my tires getting loose either with the 20’s or 17’s.

Why are you running 4 Wheel Drive full time?
