You know I had the same issue with my 4th limited. But after years of keeping her stock, I found a way to keep wifey happy and mod my truck.
I got her a Lexus :-) 5th runner is all mine to mod .. lol

@ daytonaviolet
- Awesome build and garage/ workshop! Wish I had epoxied my floor, but settled for a lift instead. With your inspiration I have started the TRD front/ rear bumper part collection (actually with the wife's approval). Thank you for your spreadsheet as well.

How's the Kings riding? I would have gone that route if I wasn't in the snow belt. In hindsight wished I knew of Elka before I leveled! They are prepped for winter

Haha that’s crazy. Small world.
I still have my e46, but replaced it as my daily with the TRDP I picked up in February last year. It’s fun to have the 330 as a weekend toy now.
Nice to see a familiar face...errr...username

That’s great that your door handle covers worked. They didn’t fit on my 2018 properly, too big in a few critical areas and could not close the handle. I had to send them back.

I’m glad I was able to help you spend more of your money :-)
I wish I had room for a real lift.

it rides really firm, solid and vey planted. Seems I can go over speed bumps faster the suspension absorbs more of the road. I yet to take it out on trails. Hopefully soon.

What did you do with your TRD Bilstein suspension with Cornfed spacers?
The Kings feel better?

Glad to hear you still have your e46. I sold mine shortly after getting the X5m. I really wanted to keep it but only had room for two cars in the garage. So I opted to sell it rather then park it outside. This picture was taken same day I sold her :-(
What was your name on the bmw forums ?

I had similar experience as well. But after re-seating and toggling the handles a few times, it now works smoothly.

For now i placed the trd Bilsteins in the king boxes. I plan to sell them with the CF spacers.
The kings ride really nice. It’s a great transition from trd Bilsteins. Overall it’s firm and feels really solid. Well worth the extra money.
