AC Knob Light

Does anyone know how to fix the fluorescent orange light that's on the AC knob which shows your selection? Do you think it would it be a fuse, bulb, or bad connection? The other two knobs work when the lights are on, but this one went out recently.

I'll check mine this evening but I don't think anything lights up on that panel other than A/C in the middle of the knob.

I remember looking at those AJT design climate control knobs and those lights do come out so I'm sure you can get replacements.

I’m posting this because my gf swears it went out in hers. I posted the same thing in a 5th Gen Facebook group and I’m reminded why I stay away from those. No one is helpful there.

Thanks for checking, guys.

My local facebook group gave me super aids.

I lasted a year on there before I deleted it. Chalk full of toxic, triggered, insecure people who would rather sit in a parklot vaping talking about what they bought for their trucks as opposed to wheeling in the desert. Then you have all the retards screaming about which puppet they voted for in 2016. It was pathetic.

Buuuut I digress f*k facebook, op this should help...

AJT Climate Control Knobs DIY: An Interior Upgrade For 5th Gen 4Runner

Looks like the light is behind the knob assembly and the orange piece draws in light from a lamp in the whole AC button assembly piece. It take two seconds and almost no tools to pop it out of the center console. Just unplug it from the harness and take a look at the back.

Lights up for sure, all icons and A/C inside and that orange notch. I wasn't paying attention to those until you brought this up.

Those red circled things are the bulbs. You just twist them counter clockwise a quarter turn and they come out.

AC light stays on

New owner here, 2016 5th Gen. My AC knob light stays on, won't turn off when I push the button. AC works fine, cool air no problem. But shouldn't the light on the knob turn off when I push the button? So just normal , uncooled air will blow
