The flake in the paint is pretty subtle, unless you are pretty close then it will pop in the right light. If you look in the bottom left corner you can see the flake pretty well. But as you get farther away from that point the flake blends and is very hard to see, but it gives one hell of a mirror finish.
If your set on black
I highly and I mean highly recommend getting a ceramic coat done right after you purchase it. It encloses your paint underneath the coating providing solid protection. Doing it sooner then later will mean less paint correction needed since anything not corrected is stuck under the coating. I detail professionally as a side business and a majority of the cost to do ceramic coat job comes from paint correction, the less paint work needed the cheaper the bill
Side note - if the vehicle is new on the lot with the paint protecting adhesive on it, ask the dealer not to "prep" the exterior, 99% of the time you can guarantee they'll add swirls from improper washing methods.
