Leveled my 18 4runner today 11-29-19

Decided to level my 18 4runner today.
These are the measurement before:
LF -29.00 and RF -29.25
LR -31.25 and RR -31.25

Installed front Bilstein 5100 Shocks with clip on 2nd notch from the bottom (0.85"). I also installed spacers on both side with the Bilstein Shocks. Added a 3/8" Spacer on the LF with new strut bolts and 1/4" spacer on the RF with new strut bolts. This will eliminate the typical lean.

Attached photo shows before and after photos and also the issue of RF cam bolt sleeve with rust on it. I did add anti-seize on all the cam bolts and sleeve to avoid any future problems. I did not get a front end alignment as of yet but it should settle a little before I get it done.

These are the measurements after my front end alignment on 12-2-2019.
LF -30.75 and RF -30.75
LR -31.25 and RR -31.25

Good idea on the anti seize. I’d recommend it for everyone. After putting on my Kings I couldn’t get a proper front alignment. One of the bushings was seized on one side and one of the can bolts on the other side. I tried everything.dropped a number of Fbombs and finally took a sawzall to it and went with TC lower control arms. My pro was 2 years old and only had 13k miles.

I had a frozen cam bolt on my 08 FJ, but I am very surprised on my 4runner since it did not even been in the winter weather as of yet. Again this advice to everyone to put anti-seize on ALL the cam bolts before its to late!

Where are the cam bolts, on the control arms? I've seen them used on vehicles that have struts with no upper control arms, but the 4runner has upper control arms.

They are located on the lower control arms, two on each side. You will need to remove the front skid plate to get to the front two lower control arm bolts out. The OEM upper control arms are not adjustable.

If one bolt is done at a time, should the alignment hold? Don't want to throw anything off. I've only got 2k miles on it. Also, will the antiseize used on spark plugs for aluminum heads work on the bolts?
