I’m going to try calling another dealer or maybe reaching out to a regional manager if I can find the contact info as this noise is very evident on my 4Runner when the weather is cold.

This was basically my situation a year ago with my 2019.
Took it back this year in February during one of the coldest weeks of the year and they called me later the same day to tell me they were ordering new shocks but that they were backordered so it may take awhile.
About 3 weeks later they finally came in and were replaced. It really hasn't been cold enough to fully test things and *know* that they problem is fixed but so far so good, and the truck's front end also feels a bit better damped (I don't really think it's my imagination but I'm not discounting the possibility).
