2019 TRD Pro suspension Fox vs anything else

Anyone have any driving with the new TRD pro suspension by Fox? Does anyone know of anything comparable to these? They sound like they are similar to the OME BP-51. Also you think Fox offers this as something different on their selling site?

I have not driven either but looked at both. The OME shock body is huge, its a beefy looking shock. Didn't really remember the same thing when looking at a new Pro. The owner of the OME said it was stiff, be had 800lb springs on it if I remember correctly.

Well so everyone knows the shocks aren’t right and Fox and Toyota is having to fix them. Mine is one of the lot and am waiting for them to solve the issue. It’s doing the dull knock like a coil is out but nothing is wrong

Ya it almost sounds like a bushing is blown or a shock is going. You get a empty thump and you can feel it in the floorboard. The service manager said Toyota knows as well as Fox and they are working on a fix but it sucks spending all that cash in a new truck for them to say we don’t know how to fix it. They are looking at new adjustments or different shocks it they can’t sort it so it’s a waiting game on all 19 Pros.

I know and that’s why I didn’t believe the dealer when they told me what the problem was. Some down in Sioux City have the same issue and mine does. Toyota and Fox has our info and is to be figuring it out. Fox did tell me due to the lighter rims on the 4Runner they are testing to make better settings to the shocks. That’s the only semi similar story I got from fox and the dealer

No noise on my 2019 T4R Pro; however, am interested in a spring upgrade that plays nice with the Pro Fox 2.0 components

The shock body is huge but OME is really just a 2" shock

Same here, no issues so far and waiting on springs that would level out or raise the pro by a couple of inches. Really don't want to go with spacers.

They had the same issue with the earlier pros using the Bilsteins. And it was only noticeable in colder weather.

I have a '19 TRD Pro and really enjoyed the Fox shocks for the 2,600 miles I had them. I thought it rode great, very composed on and off road. I added a bumper, winch and sliders so i upgraded to Toytec 2.5 Aluma coilovers and rear shocks. If I hadn't added the extra weight I would have been very happy keeping the FOX shocks.

Anyone looking for a like new FOX Setup?
