Mine was like 1 or 2 weeks longer on the rear bumper that just released....everything else has been way before the lead time. However, I looked at CBI and Southern Style Offroad. Both of which were no where close to Victory.

I used to get LaRue Tactical Dillo beverage entry tool years ago free in the mail every Christmas before LaRue blew up.

I got a Victory card as well, but haven't got the skid plate I ordered on Black Friday yet.

I just figure I ordered a powder coated version and they are waiting to get a few more orders so they can send a bunch to the powder coater for a better price, no worries I haven't even contacted them.

They gave a great deal and I think shipping was free, it was $352 for a powder coated aluminum front skid for my 5th gen.

We do all of our powder coating in house, but we do build everything to order! If you message me your info, we can get you an update.

Regarding Victory in general, they get a two thumbs WAY up from me - build quality seems top notch, pricing is competitive, design is thoughtful, and their customer service is the best I have encountered since...well, I don't know when.
I would appreciate an honest effort, not throwing money to sell themselves by trying to impress me through marketing.

If companies didn't market, they would go out of business. I think sending out appreciation cards to customers is an excellent marketing tool.

Do you have an example of how they didn't make an honest effort? OR have you never purchased anything from them and you are just saying this?

Corey over at Victory has been a huge help with my order. Just placed an order for a Full Roofrack and the communication has been great since day one.

Can't wait to get the rack and install it asap!!

Not they, but the sales world loves simple minds. It’s general knowledge amongst marketing groups that people are easily fooled. That’s the point.

Plenty of businesses don’t market. They survive off of being good stewards in their fields. The auto industry is not likely rising to the top of the the “we are honest” list.

If you are actually that miserable that a "Happy Holidays" card and a "thank you for being our customer" makes you feel, in any way, the need to complain....I feel sorry for anyone that would have to associate themselves with any of you.

What does the internet normally say? You must be fun at parties.

Are you talking about the people that have already purchased a product being fooled into purchasing a product because they received a Christmas card that, as far as I can tell, is directly related to the already purchased product?

I'll admit, it's hard for me to wrap my simple mind around this paradox you have suggested. It's one of the reasons I avoid time travel movies...I always leave with a headache!
