Victory 4x4 Service
This is is why I'll continue buying from Victory 4x4...no, not just the card. This is just a small piece of their level of service! Presorted First Class postage or not, I have NEVER had a company I spent money with send me a Christmas Card, unless of course it was an advertisement for a Christmas Item or sale and they wanted me to buy somethimg.
NO company is perfect when it comes to manufacturing. You could but a multi-million dollar Boeing Jet or Bell Helo and have problems. It's the level of customer service that sells the company and not just a product.
***Off Soap Box****
And FYI: I have 0 affiliation with Victory 4x4. I spend my hard earned money for the products and I'm in a completely different industry.

Nice. Never received one and I've spent thousands online. Glad to hear other companies do that.

I received mine today as well. Small but powerful gesture imo. First time getting one from a company that was not an ad, that did not feature a "coupon"or did not directly try to get me to purchase a specific product.

I worked for a motorcycle manufacturer that produced race hard parts for a few years and we did this with our customer base.
On the flipside it was always nice when our dealers (we did wholesale) would send us XMas cards for the great service we provided them.

It's refreshing to see vendors do these small gestures. It beats the annoying SPAM emails, especially during the holidays. I haven't purchased any items from Victory4x4, but it looks like they have had great feedback from customers.

You know its just a paid marketing service that sends those out right?
I would rather have a company be honest with lead times and no Christmas card.

You know it probably costs them money and they don't have to do it? As others have said, it's that little something extra.
Regarding Victory in general, they get a two thumbs WAY up from me - build quality seems top notch, pricing is competitive, design is thoughtful, and their customer service is the best I have encountered since...well, I don't know when.

I did say a paid marketing service. Sure, it’ll make people feel nice. But accurate lead times make a lot more people feel better.
I never said anything about design, pricing or quality.

So how much longer did it take than what they said? Lead times are never set in stone, they are just estimates. Sheet happens. Maybe one of their vendors they purchased from was late on a steel shipment. You just never know.

I understand stuff happens and they are by no means horrible. It was twice as long as the estimate with no communication. I personally haven’t been impressed with their service. I really wanted to like them as they are local. I do like it that others have had good service from them though.
I just think mailers, which is what that is, are gimmicky.

Of course they paid to send them out...do you think they're gonna hand-write hundreds of Christmas cards?
It's no different than people sending out Christmas cards, many pay outside companies to have the same card printed a whole bunch of times.

I'm lost as to what your point is trying to argue.
That investing in marketing is bad?
That a company celebrating a holiday is bad?
