I have searched through all the different diagrams and none of them have the lower rear strut bolt listed. Anyone know how I can get a part # for this?

happened to me too. I always have a spare on hand now. I had a 2 hour limp home with that bolt missing and a bunch of tiewraps holding my lower shock eye on the post
