Mounting Options - KC Pro6 Gravity 8-LED

Got a nice deal on one of these but now I have to figure out how to mount it to my Gobi lol. Anyone seen anything or have any ideas for mounting these?

Sucks that the tacomas have a bracket design from KC but not the 4runners (because the 4runner fit is integrated with the rack presumably).

From very loose measurements my first problem looks to be that the bar is wider than the gobi rack by atleast 5 inches.

Take some pictures of the front fairing area, as well as the mounting feet for the KC bar. Without looking at either one, I'm guessing that some sort of tube clamps would be your best bet unless the Gobi already has mounts.

Figured I'd update this thread-- I finally got them mounted although not with the full 8 that I would have wanted.

Ended up contacting GOBI customs department for some ideas and they mentioned they had a kit already so I ordered it:

The cost was $180 and it took 1.5 months to arrive.

I used this product from KC to hide the wires along the windshield rather than mess with the weatherstripping on the edge.
Universal Wire Hider

The dash wires to the switch in the cabin I used the same hole everyone uses to shove the raptor lights through-- mine barely fit since I have amp power wire running down it too.

Mounted:

Time for a Switch-Pro, sPOD or at least a fuse box.

I think @sn_85 was getting at you could clean up your wiring/make future taps a bit easier with some sort of fuse block?

I think the lights look great! How are they at night, any photos? I do like the modern/retro combo look you get with them, a nice change up from the typical light bars!

Definitely lots of room for improvement

With six lights the radius doesnt look impressive but from the cockpit it perfectly illuminated ahead of you and even to the sides. The lighting is so much better than stock

I'm referring to the rats nest of unnecessarily long runs of wire just balled up in your engine compartment. Messy wiring will lead to electrical problems and worse, sparks and fires. Proper length wires with good crimps hooked up to some sort of management system will avoid a lot of head aches and electrical gremlins.

I get you, but I don't want to undo the factory KC harness and rewire it all just to shorten the length, it's all secured to something else out of the way for now via zipties and it hasn't moved around much while i've been driving
