Take the keys out of your pocket and leave them in a cup holder while you're outside of the vehicle. No beeps.

I shouldn't have to do that in order to keep it from beeping at me three times. And I don't think that works for the hatch pop, only opening and closing the driver's door.

1) Mine is a 2020 with fob. I guess when I push the window up button it first locks the doors then rolls the window up. Since I sometimes have the vehicle running or a door open when I try this the car senses the fob still in the vehicle and refuses to lock the doors.
2) I have looked for the setting and adjusted it but no matter what if I have my headlights on Auto and I have any door or hatch open after shutting off the engine and leave a door/hatch open the lights will stay on indefinitely. Trust me I have tested it.
It’s a weird quirk I will just have to figure out.

Unable to turn down the volume for navigation turn by turn. Anyone else?

Also with CarPlay unable to adjust call volume or keypad entry when typing in a number.

Does anyone else’s temperature control knobs sound like they’re scraping when you turn them? It’s not a functional issue, just an annoying sound and feel. I have dual climate control in the Pro.

They ain’t gonna do shit. I know what you’re talking about. I’ve got a little resistance that feels like rubber friction but I don’t mind it. Not like the knobs pulling off in the 200 series I drove.

This started happening in the summer. It had gotten real dusty in there a few times. Maybe try a can compressed air around the edges of the knob and see if the scraping goes away. I got the same dual control in Canada ver Off Road.

How is it Toyota can engineer adaptive cruise control but not be smart enough to have a infotainment screen that auto dims after it gets dark?

2020 Navigation system is now a joke. Need to add a 'favorite' destination ?
Need to add a name to it ? Sorry, they er... 'removed' that feature. Now you just see a street number.

Translation: '149290 Main St'.

If they don't have a 'favorite place' established already,
they want you to 'buy in' to a cell phone 'find places' system.

Since buying my '20 I've said over and over what a joke the "infotainment" system is. That's why I installed an aftermarket Pioneer with a Maestro setup, along with speakers, amp and sub.

I don't even pay attention to the infotainment system or nav since I just use Android auto. Does everything I want it to a d look pretty good in my opinion.

I like the 2020 Nav/Info system. I do use Apple Car Play most of the time. Yes sound quality leaves a lot to be desired in my SR5 Premium. I have, for many years of my life, had Klispch corner horns for my in house system so I am not the norm. If you have not had the Klipsch corner horn experience, most of these crap amp’d up bass systems might sound great but a real 20 hz to 20 kHz sound is an experience most people will never have and that is one of the reasons I dont hear so well in certain frequency ranges.
