Well that's handy. So if someone like myself, is experiencing lean with stock suspension (no lift) could this be an option for correcting it as opposed to a strut spacer? I'm currently using a strut spacer which I have recently found out makes the car unroadworthy in one state in Australia. If so I'd be willing to try it out.

This will still work with stock suspension .

I have a better fix for the lean in the works. If you were to use these blocks to fix it you only suppose to use the one side that it’s leaning on. I didn’t design these blocks for that intention.

The kdss lean varies in the amount it leans. I have a cool fix that will help with any lean amount and can be adjusted.

I only have a slight lean of May 1/4” difference.

I’m not exactly sure what you are asking ! Are you saying to use only one block?

Not sure what you mean about ....

“ on the opposite side of the current extension problem”

These blocks are solely design and intended to fix a contact issue with track bar / pan hard bar ( in the rear ) and the kdss sway bar ( in the rear ) when running a shocks that allows enough droop from rear axle.

nah, nevermind (I deleted the post so as to not sound as stupid and also cause any confusion) I see it fixes rotation/angle of the swaybar (as well as what you mentioned) and the piston extension/position does not change (well it doesn't change regardless unless you're moving or articulating), not sure what I was thinking, I am going to blame that rogue thought on Covid-19

Yeah that sounds good, standing by. My lean was 20mm but have heard of some up to 35mm! The strut spacer has brought mine to within 3mm difference (still happy with that) so an adjustable solution would be great

I edited the first post talking about why I don’t have a spacer for the front to try to fix a kdss lean issue.

Took a long hiatus from T4R. Yall make me want too many things i cant afford at once. Finished my cargo platform, got full skids, and now I'm thinking about whats next...

Pleased to see so much progress on these. Can someone confirm my synopsis is correct? :

The standard spacers really correct the sway bar angle and are only really beneficial if you are currently making contact with the trac bar and/or want MT shocks? The longer versions in the works will allow for LT shocks?

KDSS toggle switch is gonna have to happen for sure! Rough ride a speed is by far the biggest downfall of kdss.

Cheers to dom.

Yea I’m working on the kdss Long travel. Well to me it more mid travel but the the 4 runner world it’s more long travel lol. Basically a 12” stroke 3.0 king bill be back there and maintain kdss for sure with a stage 2. You guys will lol when you see how simple it is to get more droop out of that sway bar with out having to make the kdss drop blocks taller.

Anyway. First in order is the kdss switch. 1000% it’s coming. I’m having a local company manufacture it for me. It’s really too time consuming for me to do. Those connectors and pins are not easy to work with.

At the same time I have a fix for the front kdss sway bushing mis alignment. The original idea I had with raising it up worked 95% but the tie rod end would just kiss it. So I threw that idea out the window. This idea will eliminate that whole factory bushing. Poor Design for anything more then stock travel.

And last ( for now) is a pan hard bar.

lets be honest, if it's using stock pivot locations is it really long travel?
