hello kindly let me know which oil is used in the shocks and what quantity in the shocks and in the reserver and also how to refill it or topup and also what is the pressure of nitrogen in psi for the canister

i have prado 150 front shocks and i need to refil the oil in the full shock and canister also and nitrogen
