rear brake line length as limit strap

I just replaced my rear brake line with the Toytec set and noticed that the original set may have been an inch shorter than normal. Looking at this the thread listed below, my 12.5" line is way short. i just installed a King lift and the new 2" rear coils were rather difficult to install given the short brake lines becoming the limit straps. This is on a 2016 TRD Pro.

I am confused. Do you think your 12.5" 5th gen line is short compared to a 14" 4th gen line that you referenced in the linked thread?

Oops. Missed that it was a 4th gen. But yes, I still think the factory 12.5 are short.

I did longer SS brake lines when I did the rear extended travel KINGs with ICON 3" overland coils

Having brake lines as limit straps does not sound like a good idea
