What's even funnier is that at least on the OR front valence there are two small dimples where the license plate bracket screws go. I'd imagine the other trims are similar. How does one even screw that up and drill in the wrong spot?

Dealer is a crook, they have to prove that your standard parts did cause the problem.

Write an email to them and Toyota Corp demanding an alignment, or you will get it aligned, sue them in small claims for a refund, and tell everybody about your crappy Toyota experience.

You will win in small claims.

I would demand a new bumper cover too, while you are at it.

Dealer will lose, Toyota will look like idiots.

First thing you do is return the gift card, to the manager, explaining that you reject their lowball offer. Follow it up with an email to the dealer and Toyota, explaining what you did.

It's the same on all the models, even the 2020s have them. Crazy to think they messed it up when there is a guide already built in for them.
