A rack was first on my list of upgrades and I did a ton of research and settled on the Sherpa for what looks to be great quality and all the other reasons others have mentioned - but mostly the no-drill. Ordered in Feb and in the waiting queue. Looking forward to getting it on the truck and heading out so your review was very helpful.

I've had mine on for almost a year. I think it's a solid hnproduct.
1) The design of the rack and the components is very thoughtful.
2) No problems with the mount/seal.
3) They use a standard crossbar, so you can bolt things to it easily.
4) The responsiveness of the owner has been exceptional - better than most vendors.
I've only used it to carry gear/shovels/gas so far, but am planning to add a RTT this fall.
I also like their accessories. I use the Smileys for things like traction boards.
I also installed 4 BD lights on the sides of the rack recently - 2 each side. I'm quite impressed with the amount of light they throw. Plenty for setting up camp and low enough draw they can be left on for hours at a a time.
So I remain a fan, in case it helps.
