Doubtful anyone other than the person you purchased from will be able to confirm with 100% certainty the authenticity of the item you purchased. While highly unlikely a replica would have such detailed information, it's not completely unreasonable that a replica manufacturer would include this in their process to try and sell for close(r) to OEM price. It is is a stretch though, as Toyota is very protective of the brand (confirming VIN prior to selling and whatnot), and buying OEM from a non-Toyota authorized dealer would raise obvious questions.
You would be better suited going through the seller to obtain information of how/where it was sourced. Did it come off of his personal TRD Pro? If so, some pictures/vin # would suffice. If he purchased from someone else, a receipt would likely answer your question as well. If it's legit I'm sure he would be happy to respond, as eBay always sides with a buyer in circumstances of an "item not as described" case. I know this from 10+ years of selling on eBay.
Good luck
