Bought mine from Cabe Toyota in Long Beach, CA. Floor monkeys were a pain, but the Internet sales rep, Evan Morikawa was great. OK discount, no pressure, patient with my questions and was willing to order and not push what was on hand. Got my old 2013 Trail from him. Went back last year when looking for a Sienna and he was very good to work with, willing to source one and offered good discount instantly.
Oregon - Salem, Capitol Toyota. Sales rep patient, no pressure when looking for a Highlander or Sienna. Larry. Went back on a Saturday and the crowd of sales reps were waiting on the porch.
Service - maybe OK, did not try to upsell when went in for airbag recall. The work was crappy, not sure I want to go back to them for future service. Rear window plug left disconnected, lower knee panel was not put in fully and there is a line where the &^%$ airbag hits the dash.
Wilsonville Toyota - One price dealer, rep on duty was very good to work with, patient, no pressure, very helpful. Name Israel. Good discount, no haggle.
Service - Went for ECM firmware upgrade and first service after 6K and one year. No upsell, offered to do oil and filter without asking. Maybe due to it being 1 year. I plan to go back to them if I need service. It's 33 miles from home where Capitol is 8 miles. I went under to check their work and checked tire pressure and all was good. I had done an oil change at 2.5K myself, but did not mention it.

Bought my 2016 Tacoma from a Toyota dealer in Catonsville MD called Russel Toyota which is now Mile 1 They were great, but Mile 1 changed that real quick. Went back 8 months later to buy my 2016 4Runner and I was given a sky high price and told that's the price, they won't negotiate, take it or leave it, so I left. Ended up buying my 2016 4Runner from Bayside Toyota in Prince Frederick MD which was slow and painful but they offered a great price I couldn't refuse. While shopping for my 2019 Highlander I went back to the Mile 1 dealer in Catonsville since they yet again cleaned house and changed management for the better. Got a great deal however the detailer wrecked my brand new Highlander in the parking lot while texting and driving. Drove straight into the side of a BMW sitting there on the lot that actually belonged to my sales person! Apparently that had happened in the past yet the monkey is still working there for some unknown reason. Can't make this shit up! Anyway, they got us a replacement trailered in within 24 hours, still had only 5 miles on it so still brand new, had a couple more bells and whistles, and they knocked the first payment out for me. I also negotiated the installation of my new oversized AT tires into the deal for free which they agreed to without a single issue. I don't leave anything stock for long! Overall I guess it worked out fine in the end. I do all my own service so I can't speak for any of their service departments at all.

A big SHOUT OUT to Camel Back Toyota in AZ for Genuine Toyota Parts,
They are my first stop for accessories & parts.
Great prices and shipped fast. I have had a good experience with them.
Note, I am not affiliated with this dealer in any way.

Funniest part - a cop is a few cars behind him and sees the wheel come off, the car comes crashing down on the rotor, the suspension folds in and the car is sitting on the fender.
Cop gets out of his car, walks up and says "move the car now or I'll have to ticket you". My boss points to the car and says "you want it moved, turn on those fancy lights and drive across the street to the dealership and get somebody to move this" Cop gets in his car, gets on the radio and a few minutes later a handful of guys from the dealership come over with a jack and a dolly and push the car into a parking lot.
They ended up ordering him a new car and he ended up with a car a couple years newer for about $2k
Yeah, so while they screw up periodically, they'll usually do the right thing if you escalate it properly.

Some people are not used to confrontations. You would be surprised at how many people would just keep quiet and move on instead of raising some noises if they're unhappy about something. They would do anything to avoid confrontation, even if it will result in financial loss on their end. If they complain something to a manager and ended up getting into a argument, most of the time they'd move on but not for me

Doral Toyota in Doral Florida has an excellent service department. I have bought a number of vehicles from the dealership and only had an excellent experience and service.

I purchased my 2016 Trail from Avondale Toyota in Avondale, Arizona and got a pretty good deal with minimal haggling including a really reasonable trade for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Worked with Jesse Frazier there.
It went so well that I reached out to him back in May 2019 to lock up a 2020 Army Green Pro and he hooked me up with no mark up or deposit (and still got a good trade on my 2016 which was the way to go with the sales tax credit in Arizona).
Since I'm east valley I've tried both Big Two (in Chandler) and Earnhardt (in Mesa) for service. After one trip to Big Two I vowed to never set foot in the place again (they seemed to over book appointments and I ended up stuck there for nearly 3 hours waiting for one of the complementary oil change appointments). Earnhardt with early morning bookings I've almost always been in and out in an hour or so (often a bit less). Plan on sticking with them for my 2020 (which I'm debating if I want to do the 5K on right now or just skip it and wait for the 10K).

I purchased both my last two Toyota's (11 Highlander Base and 14 4Runner Limited) from Toyota of Boardman (Ohio). It was an easy straight forward no BS buying process. I also got some service work done there and there were no issues at all.
I get my service done at Summit Toyota in Akron, OH however because its closer to my house. They have always done right by me and completed the work properly.
