Does Dobinsons make a 14” 650lb coil for 2.5” diameter shocks?

I have Bilstein 6112’s and want to replace the 600lb bilstein springs.

No, sorry. The only coil Dobinsons makes that would fit those 6112's is the TRD Pro 1" lifted coil, but it's the same rate as stock (550lb from memory)

Anyone know if the MRA59-A575 3-way adjustable shocks work with any of the available shock guards? Rago says if it is under 3" in width, there's will fit.

Not sure when mine will arrive as I just ordered them, but would like to take advantage of the Rago sale (or any other shock guard maker's deals)

So, I ordered my IMS lift setup the other day from Exit Offroad, and now I have to sit and wait till everything comes back in stock, lol. While i'm waiting I've been wondering something.

I ordered the 302 springs up front with the intention of sitting at ~2" lift once i install my winch and other stuff. Unfortunately the winch mount I'm ordering (c4 fab) has a 11 week lead time. Is it possible (rather, will it damage the struts) to adjust the perches lower than the 213mm preset height while i'm waiting? I'd probably only do .5-1" so it'd be around .27"-.55" total perch height drop. I know i'd have to re-do the alignment afterwards, but with that added weight i'd want to anyway.

My thought is it'll be fine because the bump stop position doesn't change relative to the strut's lowest travel position, but there may be something i'm not seeing. I normally wouldn't worry, but 2.5" lift feels higher than i want to go with my KDSS equipped runner, and it may look like it has some reverse lean which i'm not interested in, haha.

You mean the metal lower shock guards? Any of them should work, as the outside body of the shock is 56mm, 2.2".

The spring seat height isn't supposed to go less than 213mm, as the sway bar will end up contacting the coil seat. But you have KDSS, and the sway bar can't contact it. It's still not recommended to go lower. For the extra work you'll do of adjusting it first for 2", then higher just a month or 2 later, I don't think it's worth it.

Correct. The issue is that bilstein springs suck.

I'm running the C302s with KDSS and the coil perches set at the recommended 213mm. I'm actually thinking of bumping them up closer to 220mm to gain an extra 0.5" of lift and be around 23" hub to fender.

I've a good amount of miles on offroading with this and zero concerns with the KDSS being lifted.

My truck is the black one. The white has the C302 coils and C505 in the rear, his rear end is approx. 0.65" lower than mine with C725 coils

Is there a rebuild kit available? I can't find one anywhere online.

Also, WHEN WILL THE NEXT SALE BE??? I'm very upset with myself for missing the November one. I just got back from my first overland trip and might be hooked.

There will never ever be a sale ever again, and the price is about to go up 50%, so it looks like you really missed out!!

Rebuild kits are considered spare parts, not listed online. You'd contact Dobinsons for them if/when you need it. I've never sold a rebuild kit for IMS or MRR/MRA in the 4+ years I've been selling them. A few characters have broken hoses from incorrect mounting positions though.
