2010 T4R rear passenger door flare retainers

Hi all, I saw some posts here, but not addressed this specifically. If they did, and I missed it, I'm sorry.

My rear door fender flare came off in the snow while driving down the highway. I luckily was able to find it even though my runner is pearl white. I was able to glue the brackets back on and put it into place, but it happened again. I found the retainer clips on amazon, got them in the mail, and they seem legit. However, I removed the old retainer clips. See pictures. Now I am in trouble, I dont remember what color clips went where?? I was able to call the dealership parts dept. and they said, starting from the bottom, is 3 orange, 3 blues, orange. HOWEVER, in the pieces I still have, there are blue and orange, but also a red retainer bracket. I really dont want to take off the other flare to see the pattern, and was hoping some of you experts might know. Of course I can do what the dealership said, but I dont want to frack it up. Thanks in advance!

Fixed

So, I got the flare back on. However, the dealer parts dept. sequences (from bottom) of 3 orange, 3 blue, 1 orange, did NOT work. The top hole is square, and will not fit the orange retainer clip. The Red retainer clips did work. So, I set it up 3 orange, 3 blue, 1 red (Starting at the bottom). Not sure if this is correct, but it did work. The clip set I ordered from amazon was good. There are two shades of blue, so make sure and keep the old clips to match them up. Good luck out there!

@groomezYK , thank you for the information and pictures! Do you happen to have a link to Amazon to purchase the clips? I’ve noticed some rust forming on the bottom of my rear doors around the seam and want to nip it in the butt before it spreads. However in order to do so I have to pull the door flares off, which I’ve been hesitate to do in fear of breaking the clips.

It didn’t sound like you had to but if you have any insight on removing the clips that would be top notch as well.

Much appreciated!
