Well, if I'm bouncing on bumps and stuff and the cutoffs reach their eye level they're in for some sunshine! Lol. There is absolutely no glare above the cutoff line. The only glare that happens is when you are 2 feet in front of the headlights and the light is bouncing off the projector shrouds. The only time I may really blind people are small cars side view directly to my right. Life of a lifted truck I guess. Then again maybe I just notice it much more now that the cutoffs are more pronounced.

Update:

No pics but I put some katana h7 LEDs in the high beams and the output is even more garbage than with the h7 halogens. That bulb is supposed to be one of the good ones in highbeam projectors but maybe the youtubers only tested the intensity 3 feet away.

So I went to autozone and got some h7 xtremevisions. Much better output and I retain color definition at distance.

That's the route I would go with. HID lows, xtremevision halogens high. I was thinking about HID in the highs too but might want to retain the ability to flash people.

Sorry you might have addressed this already. How much can you adjust the headlight beam up and down? If so, what setting are yours set to (assuming 3" lift)?

Sorry, I have been reading too many retrofit headlight threads.

The height adjustment is in the same location as the stock headlights. The range is as good as stock. I haven't had to go to either extremes to find out.

Started at 2 inches below cutoff at 35 feet. Then kept adjusting lower.

I believe mine are 4 inches below center of headlight at 25 feet now. I'm lifted 1.75" front and 1.25" rear. I figured my front end went up about 2 inches so I should go down 2 inches from the standard 2 inches at 25 feet others use.

It seems good so far and I haven't been flashed once since installing these lights.

Looking “ricey” was one of my main concerns before ordering a set of the PRO’s.

After having them on, I’m happy with the way they look and especially the sequential LED “check mark” turn signal feature. Mostly the reason why I got them.

I personally love the classy look of having mostly OEM parts on all my vehicles with a bit of my personal custom taste. But I guess I’ll make an exception with these aftermarket headlights.

I couldn't have said it better.

The white DRL area bothered me a ton at first.. but after a couple days I'm okay with it.

Once the lights are in you cannot change the low beam bulb so pick and clock which bulb you want to run before putting everything back together.

This can also pose an issue for those of you who run longer LED bulbs that stick out past the dust cap too. They most likely wont clear. The wires for my HID bulbs barely cleared.

honestly am surprised at those cut offs. Looks great, especially for the price. I'm all about the morimoto products in general but these are super tempting.

Yeah the lights looked good to me from the start and they have continued to grow on me. I love these now. Great price, great output, great looks, but not so great if you want to change the low beam bulb lol.

It seems as though someone really took their time making sure these projectors were perfectly aligned. Mine were level right out of the box. The steps are the same distance apart as my headlights are away from a wall and the cutoffs are even horizontally. That was what I was having nightmares about before installing and seeing a perfectly horizontal and crisp cutoff afterwards was a huge relief.

I read a few complaints about the cutoffs being crooked on some ford forums but the production numbers for those are probably way more.

Yeah your cut off lines look really good compared to mine. Mine aren’t that straight horizontally.

Here is what I got a few days ago. These are with OEM fogs. As you can see its not as straight as yours. Had to go back and lower the height yesterday.

Hmm. You have the original halogens in there?

I found that the area the bulbs sit in were finicky. Had to mess around with the bulb orientation until they "set". Its like a tight glove.

I have the Innovited 5000K Pure White HIDs. Not sure why the color looks like 3000K in that pic. It was taken at dusk.

I double checked the orientation on both H7’s and made sure they were level and locked in tight before mounting the assemblies. Maybe I got a flawed set?
