I kept it captive with the strap and was able to adjust the height with ease. The other pulled it to the lca. It was way easier then the bottle jack which I find always gets knocked over under the piston because of the front to back movement.
On the passenger side I used the floor jack to compress the piston. But honesty next time I’ll prob use that strap method again.

I have heard that. That two strap method really work well tho. Minimal effort and lots of control.
