Big Props to the Anytime Cam!

AFAIK, it hasn't been mentioned here for awhile and I thought was worth a re-mention. I bought an Anytime Cam for my 2019 SR5 and I find myself using it all the time. It's so handy to be able to switch to a front or rear camera whenever you want. I bought the kit and took it to a local installer who charged me less than $200 to set it all up beautifully with a 3-way dashboard switch.

How does the front camera look like? If I bought an aftermarket dash cam, will i be able to utilize as the "front camera"?

If your dash cam has an RCA jack video output, then maybe. The Anytime Cam! setup uses a wiring harness extension with RCA jacks added to incorporate the front and rear cameras through a switch activated relay.

I had his older setup where I used two switches but I updated to his newer one- three way switch. It's great and helped me out a bunch when on trails.

Made a short video about it.
