Bilstein 5100s and Wheelers/Eibach Coils?

I’m having the hardest time deciding on a lift kit for my 2012 Limited... Looking for a 2.5” front and 1.5” rear lift. Some options are close... but not exactly what I want.

I think I’ve come up with the most cost effective solution but want some thoughts/feedback?

Wheelers (Eibach) T1 Front coils - 2.5” lift
Wheelers (Eibach) T13 Rear coils - 1.5” lift
Bilstein 5100s all around set to factory 0” height.

Total cost just about $700. Is there any reason this wouldn’t work? Any reason not to go this route? I tow a boat in the summer so I don’t want reverse rake with the Eibach pro kit, plus 2.75” is a little taller than what I want. On their own I’ve read 5100s are a little stiff and at 2.5” the front would be maxed out.

Appreciate y’all!

T13's will get you at most 1.25, if you use 10mm trim packers/spacers.

I wouldn't buy them again.

This is the exact setup I am running. I like it, however don’t love it and to be honest I will be removing soon and replacing it with Dobinsons new IMS struts and coils for a softer ride due to the valving

I have 5100’s with the Wheeler’s T1 and T12 setup to maintain the factory rake. The T13 should give a bit more of a leveled look. I previously had the Bilstein’s set to 1.75 lift up front on stock coils along with 1” rear coils and the ride got pretty rough. There’s a noticeably smoother ride on road with the Wheeler’s coils and Bilsteins set to 0. I think it’s a great set up, especially for the cost. Good luck!

Are you saying they are more like an 1”? My other option was to do the Eibach Pro Kit and just add a Cornfed .5” or .75” spacer.

Do you have a bumper or third row?

Appreciate the insight! Any regrets with the setup? My XREAS seems like it’s about done, so I think anything would be an improvement lol.

Hey Dave, you’re welcome to take a ride in mine sometime to see how the 5100’s and Dobinsons ride.

My only regret is not going this route in the first place so I would’ve saved some money by not having to purchase the original 1” rear springs. Oh, and I definitely recommend getting some aftermarket UCA’s. I know they’re not needed for 2.5” lifts, but I wanted to be sure I could get back to factory alignment specifications to help the tires out.

No extra weight, no 3rd seat. I would go dobinsons rear springs.

I will be going dobinsons and selling my T13's this summer.

You can buy the Eibach pieces separately. They’re supposed to have taller rear springs available. Also you can order the front springs from the 4th gen kit. It should net you the 2.5 you want. I prefer the Eibach shocks over the bilsteins I have on my truck.

Thanks Adil! I may take you up on that! I should probably just sell my limited wheels/tires and just get this lift over with lol. Granted, I want some warmth outside before it’s done either way.
