What is your ride height after Bilstein 6112 install??

I have searched and could only find a few random comments on the issue I am trying to figure out. I recently installed-

Bilstein 6112's
Dirt King ball joint uca's
Icon 2" rear coils
Icon 2.0 rear shocks

I have a 17 SR5 non kdss- all stock before the lift. No added weight (bumpers, winch, etc..)

I wanted max lift so I set the left clip to #7 and the right side to #6 (to help compensate for factory lean)

My alignment was dead on and was able to get over 4* of caster..

After it was all said and done I only got about 1 7/8" to 2" lift in the front. Just about everything I have seen and read shows that most people get at least 2.5" or more with this setup.

I am hoping to see if anyone has done the 6112's with the max height settings and what kind of lift they got out of them..

That doesn’t sound right, I will have to look when I get out of the office but my memory says I went clips 5/4 and got around 1.8” in front.
2015 trail premium, no kdss, no 3rd row, no bumpers, gobi rack and sliders

Would that number be printed on the spring? I know the kit I ordered is Bilstein 47-259768.. as far as I know this is the 600# spring because I opted not to get the heavy load kit with heavier springs..

Yes printed on the front springs. What size tires you running ?

Can you measure :

1. Hub to fender
2. Gnd to fender

Thanks for the measurement. I’m planning to change out my fronts from pro springs and 2” Cornfed to the 6112 14” springs.

But my current setup is 23.5” hub to fender and 38” from gnd to fender. But I also have 285/17/70.

Now I’m re-thinking my options. Seems like I’m higher with my current setup.

mine are on top setting both sides and i believe i'm a touch over 2" as well. i can measure later. keep in mind this is with 285/70-17's. rear is 1.5" lift with wheelers t13

i love how they ride and didn't want 3" of lift so i'm happy.

you could throw a "shim" between the shock assembly and the top mount to get yourself another .5" of lift or so. shouldn't cause an issue since you have DK uppers. Just need to realign.
