Headlight Adjustment

How high should my headlights be?
Newer suspension and new lowlight bulbs.

I have heard the top of the light should be 3’ high from 15’ away. Does this sound correct?

I was just looking at checking mine and read this article. Recommends 25' away and 25" was what they dropped to.

I parked my T4r "a ways back", in town following distance, behind our car (Dodge Magnum).
I then adjusted the low beam "cut off" to just below the rear window and mirrors of the Magnum.
The previous owner had leveled the truck but never reaimed the headlights. Before I adjusted them the cutoff was 10 feet over the Magnum.
(these are OEM headlights and I can see fine with them on public roads/highways)

Here's a brief idea, 25ft beam just below center height of bulb. Keep in mind, roads and shops are pitched for drainage. Real hard to find a leveled 25' spot. I used a laser level and found the flatest spot I could find and it was pitched 3" off at 25'
