2012 LE vs. 2013 LE

2012 LE 4wd, 125000miles, gray vs. 2013 LE 4wd, 185000miles, blue. Both same price and blue is cleaner inside and out.
What’s the difference besides one year and mileage? Wanting to do a 3” lift. Anything I need to know or look for?
Thanks

In 2013 the USB plug moved from the glove box to the center stack, the driver side floor mats hold down pins moved and an air pump was added under the hood in the right front where a second battery would go easily.

In either one the XREAS stuff will have to be removed to do a lift.

IMHO........

Personally I would go for the older one, less miles.

The stupid air pump also limits your options for under the hood add-ons by simply taking up space or added cost to relocate/remove it, etc.

I don't have a LE, so I'm nit sure what options they had standard, so this maybe nothing, but........The other thing I would check is the Nav/Radio situation, personally I prefer the older style pre-entune setup....but again, that's just me. If you're going aftermarket anyway, then it doesn't really matter much. Again, just my prefs.

Thanks BobsTrail I didn’t know any of that. I’m guessing the XREAS Is a pain in the ass to remove?

Thanks. Yeah the air pump thing is a PITA So I can figure that out later I guess. I agree with you and like the Nav/Radio BEFORE the pre-entune one. I also have a 2010 Toyota Tundra and like that configuration much better. I might take out the pre-entune and upgrade to an aftermarket later

Going with the 2013. I know the miles are higher but it’s in much better shape than the other one. wish me luck!
