No. They are low-pressure castings like most aluminum wheels. To be clear, flow-formed wheels also begin as castings, but the barrel portion is rolled into the final shape (cold-worked) for better grain structure. It's actually a great compromise of achieving nearly the strength/lightness of forged aluminum, with the cheaper cost of casting.

X2 I never liked the protruding cone-shaped center caps of the previous TRD Pro wheels, otherwise nice looking design.

Have the downmodel colors been released yet? Or are they just the same boring shades?

Every year the Tundra and Tacoma adds last year's Pro color to the palette for all the other trucks. For example, next year you will be able to get an army green SR5 Tacoma. But the 4Runner colors are one-off for each year... with the exception of army green and cement that are going to be available on next year's "Trail" model.

i'm extremely tempted to trade my all black 19 TRD ORP for a green or cement Trail if I can get one with a tan interior.

Yes the 2021 Trail is based off of the SR5, so it's less capable than the 2010-2016 Trail (which is the same truck as the 2017-2021 TRD off-road and Venture models).
Basically, it's just an SR5 with a Pro color and a matching cooler.
You also won't be able to get a tan interior. I believe the only truck you can option the brown (redwood?) interior is the Limited.

what if you keep the BLACK ORP and get TAN seat covers, transfer case boot, and steering wheel cover?

I'm aware of that.
I'm just holding out hope that I can get an actual color on a non pro.
Non Pro 4Runner paint choices are garbage.

yes they are. I really wanted a color other than grey, black, white, or that ugly ass maroon color, but did not want to spend $10k+ extra for army green.
