The red tight makes me nervous. Going to be a complete pain to get off if you were to ever choose another rack.

I never added any red loc tite. It was still left on the bolts that came with the rack. If I need to remove them they will come right off. I just did bother adding any more. I did not think it was needed. If you google it guys that have changed out you can see pics of the red loctite still on the bolts.

Do you by chance know your vehicle’s height to the top of the rails? I have 74.5 inches of clearance in my garage, so while the pro rack is definitely not feasible (I hate it otherwise anyway), I’m curious if I can get away with a setup identical to yours...

I don't know the exact height, but I do know it fits in my parents standard garage with ease. The Pro rack barely fit.
