Oh interesting. So nothing to be concerned with then. Ok, because two of the tires seem to have it and the other two I don't see something like it.

my 2020 venture edition came with 285/70/17 toyo OC AT3s on trd pro wheels with trd bilstein suspension / trd/eibach front springs and 1in rear 1.5 front spacer lift; trd skid plate; no rubbing issues. getting a 5th wheel same setup to throw up in the basket it came with. 5k miles of mix on and offroad use. I never ran the AT2s, but they held up amazing during a 4 day downpour here. Never once felt any slip. these tires seem to have no issues running 285s on 17in rims. Still look off the shelf new after washes with little to no awkward wearing noticed then again 5k isnt much yet. get a lot of rubbernecking from local 4runners/tacos.. been asked a handful of times at stops how the tires were.

Ditto this. Having done the requisite hours of combing through posts and reviews and price checking and comparing specs, and and and..... I'm now leaning toward the Toyo ATIII in stock size.

Cool, here are some pictures!

Including a jeep I park next to that clearly puts my non lifted stock tire size to shame..

So far I'm pretty happy with them. I don't think I notice too much more tire noise, if any.

Hrm, really wished those had a more aggressive look (and sidewall). Seems even less beefy looking that the Falken AT3W (which always looked better mounted to me than just pictures of the tire on its own).

Hey all, had these mounted yesterday (285/70/17 C load). Aesthetically very pleased with the tire, hopefully performance will match. Lift is going on next week, anxious to get this project moving...

I put a set on my Tacoma. They're very quiet, look good, and they're LT tires - tough. 235/85 r16. I'd buy them again.

Just installed a set of AT IIIs to replace my Duratracs (55k miles!!!). Running LT 285/70R17 Cs. It is so QUIET compared to the Duras!!! Per Toyo's Load and Inflation Tables, I'm estimating these should be around 37 psi. Will give it a go and see how they do. I was running my Duratracs (LT265/70R17 Cs) @ 38 psi (vs a calculated 43ish psi), so I may need to come down a bit from 37 psi for the AT IIIs. Just a starting point. What's everyone else running theirs at?

I put them on my wife's new 2020 ORP and we love them. I'll probably put a set on my tacoma when it's time.

Any off road feed back? I have the AT II and i have had two side walls get hair line punctures in death valley and anza. Also snow performance is less to be desired.

If anyone has feedback on either, please report back.
