I knew I wanted ditch lights, but didn't like the looks of them at the back of my hood of a daily driver. I replaced my foglamps with the Squadron Pro driving combo in amber plug and play kit from Baja Design.
I love the performance and clean look of this setup.

Running rago low pros no mods needed to anything no cutting, bolts on in 5 min also went with baja designs squadron pro's in wide/cornering i run them pointed to the outside because that's what ditch lights are for they are great for seeing wildlife on the side of the road also. They do have a bit of fade on the face but the light body still looks new and no rust anywhere also no leaks baja lights and rago are both great products

I've seen videos for CaliRaised and other installations, and they all show no conflicts...but they all have the lights pointed straight ahead, too.

I have the Cali Raised pods and their lo pro brackets. No interference what so ever. I have the pods angled to the side about 20* you can pick any angle you like it is fully adjustable.
2 years with no issues of any kind...lights or the brackets.

No issues with the low profile caliraised brackets. I recommend some side shooter lights that way it will cover the zones beyond what your fog lights don't brighten up. Side Projecting LED Pods *SOLD AS PAIR*
– Cali Raised LED
If you point the lights too forward then you will have some light reflection off your hood.

Yep, I have the side shooters as well with the low pro brackets and mine are angled down the line of the hood and I have no clearance issues

I purchased a set of low-profile brackets off of Amazon to mount a ham antenna for around $30. Happy with them...

Hello Guys, i'm new and i cant seem to find the answer.
I noob question. I have an 22ORP. I have the caliraised ditch lights and im wanting to use my new Garmin switch pro. Everything is plugged in. The lights only turn on if the stock ditch light button is plugged in and pushed to the "on" position. How do i wire the ditch lights to bypass the button? If i unplug the button, then they wont turn on. The whole purpose of me using the Garmin switch pro is to wirelessly turn my lights on/off.
Any advise?
Thanks in advance!

With a Switch Pro, you would wire the positive wires on the ditch lights to one of the six power outputs from the Switch Pro. No use for the "stock ditch light button". With a Garmin PowerSwitch, I would imagine you would do something similar.

fwiw the s2 from baja with a low profile bracket are hardly noticeable. if you run black covers on them when not in use they blend right in. yes you can see them but they are pretty low profile

What about this setup.
From Ronin’s website:
2010 - Current Toyota 4Runner Ditch Light Brackets (5th Generation) – Ronin Metalworks LLC
2010 - Current Toyota 4Runner Ditch Light Brackets (5th Generation) – Ronin Metalworks LLC
-Provides the full functionality of a true ditch light and eliminates the wind noise and hood glare, opposed to a traditional hood mounted bracket.
-Will still allow the mirror to be folded in, on tight trails and will still stay within the confines of the folded mirror.

I wouldn’t care to have that setup. Of the two options, I’d rather have it on the hood than on the side mirrors.
Between my replacement foglamps and my 20” lightbar in my SSO hybrid bumper, I think I’m done with buying forward facing lights. 😂
