Ive been looking at getting a bumper like this. Ive had my eyes on the Shrockworks bumper. I haven't pulled the trigger yet because I've sent over questions to them through different socials and they haven't gotten back to me yet.

Is it possible to build the bumper without the square cutouts for the lights and also without the swing out mounts?

(dont kill me now) I live in Miami and don't really plan on doing any off-roading. Im just looking for a nice looking bumper to protect the rear end.

Looking forward to hearing back!

Shrockworks makes a solid product and they deliver when promised. I have their rear bumper without the swing out and love it. Makes tailgaters think twice about being *******s.

Thanks for sending this over. I like the way this one sits a little better then the Shrockworks bumper. Both are awesome though. One of my main questions for shrockworks (and victory 4x4) was to see if it was possible to manufacture the bumper without the cutouts for the LED lights.

I also appreciate the Victory 4x4 has installation videos and a youtube channel. Cant really find anything from Shrockworks.

I don't mean to make anything sound negative, I'm honestly just waiting to see if one of the companies can make the bumper without the light cutouts lol

I’m sure they can if you request it. I don’t have any lights in mine, might install some later. Shrockworks does have installation instructions just email them. It’s not hard to install it, like any bumper install take you time and it’ll be perfect.

One thing to consider is getting a no cut bumper. Most of the bumpers manufactured require the plastic bumper be cut. I like the no cut style so the plastic will never be an issue.

I completely understand that! We don't offer the bumper without light cutouts, but the bumpers have provisions for swingouts on the inside of the bumper only. If you do not get a carrier there will not be a spindle on the outside of the bumper (only a sleeve inside the bumper and it will be covered by a small round cap that matches the powder coat).

I went with the shrockworks rear last year and I can say I’m 99% satisfied with it. Only thing that bugged me was some missing hardware. Other than that it’s been incredible. I did get the swing out though.

I was kind of worried about no real info or videos on the install but once you see the instructions it’s pretty self explanatory. I’m picking up a 3rd gen and have already decided I’m going with a front and rear from them again. Mark was a great help over there whenever I had questions.

Did you consider calling them? Shrockworks isn't really active here on the forums or via social media. I've called them on a few occasions and have sent them emails as well and they have replied or picked up pretty much every time. Might not hurt to reach out to them the old fashioned way...

Thanks for responding! Thats not a problem at all. I just thought that since (or if) they were built per order, it would be one less thing to cut out and attach, even possibly making the process faster.

If it does for some strange reason, end up being a possibility, let me know! I will be making the purchase sometime this week.
