Love my Blitz sliders! They look very clean and the lights are a nice touch (although a pain to install). I had a switch added to the center console.

The step is a little high. but it is nice and wide. I recommend putting some black non-skid tape on the sliders to improve your purchase when wet or icy. It looks better too.

Yeah I just split the wire to my switchpro. I think that took longer than installing the sliders just because of routing the wires and trying to make it look clean.

I was considering adding grip tape as well. Dragging my feet on the wiring, especially since i won't have anywhere to do the work for about 4 months. Does your switch always stay illuminated? I noticed the one for my LED bar never turns off, and i wired it according to the instructions. thinking i may have a bad one.

It's always on, and brighter when activated. It's brighter than I wanted, and I might replace the switch at some point; or see if I can have my tech attach it to the console light dimmer circuit [instead of the one it's currently on].

Good then it isn't just me haha! Problem with it is it drained a brand new optima battery when i got back from a 4 month deployment. Finally pulled the trigger yesterday and got a switchpro.

Just to clarify - it's always on when the 4Runner is on. It goes off when I turn the truck off.

Gotcha. Incidentally, how did you go about wiring up the rock lights? Victory didn’t have anything on their site, or if they did I missed it.

Yeah victory didn’t have any wiring diagrams. What I did was run a wire from the domerock in the A pillar down through the firewall.
For the lights I connected them all up and ran that wire up through the engine bay on passenger side. Took that wire and connected to the domerock wire. Then from there took all the wires and connected to the switchpro. This allows me to turn the lights on demand with the switch and then also when I unlock from the fob or open the door.

Appreciate it, just to make sure nothing gets lost in translation is there any way you can post a quick diagram? Switchpro has about a 2 week lead time so i just want to get everything pre-positioned for when it arrives.

Victory Sliders

I ordered the Victory 4X4 Strike sliders.
I needed a step for my wife.
They are bolt on to the frame. My driver's side holes did not line up with the frame holes. Tried everything and failed.
