I've decided the only solution to this age-old controversy is the Thunderdome. Two men enter. One man leaves. The winner receives limited-edition "Limited TRD Pro Supreme" badging and a two week supply of toilet paper. Good luck, gentlemen.

It's only a matter of time until "Limited TRD Pro Supreme" becomes a reality.
The only difference being that it now comes in Turd Kissed Orange.

I think vehicle trim names are funny. At least limited is an actual word...
Look at someone who says "I drive a Cadillac Escalade ESV" sounds cool, but if they were to say " I drive a Cadillac Escalade Entertainment System Vehicle" its doesn't have the same cool ring to it. Same thing with cars that have "GT" - infers speed and sports car, but it really just means Grand Touring, which can also apply to a minivan
Psychology and marketing.

Since the FJC had something similar, I have no idea why you can't get a locking rear diff with that setup.

Because then who would buy the OR?

This is confusing. I think you're talking names not function. When my LE's center diff is locked, I'm using 4WD "full time", not part time.

Just buy off road wheels off someone unloading theirs. $400 to $600 for a set of four is the normal range. Everyone needs new times, unless you like the stock Dunlops. There are a lot of reasons not to get an LE, but that shouldn't be one.

Yes, but one less person that I don’t care about dealing with is priceless. It’s that simple.

Sounds like the product of compromise... between what you want, and what you need, and what the wife might sign-off on.

Would probably not get my wife's sing-off, at least not the one I want. Not that I can afford it (or even know how much it would cost).
It was 1,000 hp, only because it was too scary with more turbo, but since then he's redesigned it as a hybrid with electric rear drive to match the gas/turbo front drive and says it gets 1,600 hp and handles "well," although handles well is probably subjective.
