Baxter Vs Jowett Oil filter upgrades

After my "Free oil changes" expire at the dealership I will be doing my own oil changes on my 5th gen.
Both of these options are in the same ball park for pricing Delta $50.

Pricing on the element or a spin on are about the same...
so from a cost prospective these options are basically the same.

thoughts/ opinions on one vs the other... both are used throughout the community with next to no negative press

Cartridge to Spin-On Adapter

Billet Oil Cap for filter - Jowett Performance

I purchased a blemished Jowett and the large socket I purchased from Amazon didn't fit so I have not been able to use it. The Baxter drops the filter down which I'm not a fan of.

I just went with the aluminum housing and Motivx drain hose.

I have the Jowett on my Land Cruiser and 4Runner. Very stout product.

With the RCI on the 4Runner and Bud Built armor on the Cruiser combined with fumoto valves and the Jowett housing changing oil is a breeze.

Baxter

I installed the baxter remote oil filter under hood and have been very happy. no more removing skid plates, only remove small access panel in skid to drain the oil.
