Here is the updated TSB for 19-20's. This was supposed to be done at the port, i believe.

Front bumper cut at Toyota on 2020 Pro's

My 19 and my 20 was not cut from Servco Toyota in Hawaii. I just did some trimming yesterday.

Lol, I have. I've had this truck since January 16th and there's never been any rubbing. Not even close. Are there different versions of the Pro wheel? Mine came as part of an "upgrade" package that included the wheels/tires, black badges, exhaust tip, tube steps, etc. But otherwise it's just a plain Jane SR5P.

What a ruckus. At least there's no need for this to go to 285s now, maybe the BMC. Thanks for sharing.

Gulf States and SE Toyota installs them on everything if given the chance. I don't think they rub across the board. And if you already wore the tires down, it'll probably be ok.

All depends on caster I suppose.

I did do a small 2/1 lift right after I bought it and had it realigned. I asked for the most caster they could give me. The left is 2.54 degrees and the right is 2.36 degrees.

If you don't upsize tires it should be fine. I had to do BMC and trim my fenders to keep from rubbing 285s.

Port does the cut, there is supposed to be a template for it they use (you can order the template tool from Toyota for $150).

I found this out after an accident and having my bumper replaced, rubbed like crazy and couldn't figure out why after two years of no issues. I just trimmed it myself with a dremel and all good.

There is no such thing as a Pro bumper.

275 KO2s rub only in reverse at full lock but oddly it’s not in that spot, but more like 4 inches inward from there. Heat gun will do the trick.

Crazy there is so much variety in fit. Factory 265s were rubbing in that spot apparently so they decide on a formal procedure to trim, but yet others get 275s in there just fine.

There are two modifications required, front bumper cover and fender liner. The OP was pointing out the front bumper cover half of the equation. I think 4" in from that would put you in the required fender liner trim. It's a very light trim too. I checked mine as part of an ongoing issue with suspension noise and noticed how little of the fender liner is removed.

Fender liner trim and relocate forward along with the bumper cover trim.
