Fog Lights (Baja Designs SquadronSeries) & Low Beam Matching Bulb Questions (2)...

Here are the basics and anyone who can offer a few specific answers to two specific questions, that would be greatly appreciated.

My ride: 2020 TRD Pro

Question 1:

Despite the fact that the 2020 TRDP comes with LED fogs, I’ve decided I want to upgrade them to these Baja Designs quad LED Squadron fogs. My only question here would be if there are any limiting factors with these lights I should be aware of? Quality, longevity and so on. A lot of complaints about a ton of lighting options here and good reviews as well, often relating to the same products. Figured I’d ask about these given their sticker price. Not cheap.

Let’s assume the Baja’s are good to go. Regardless, this question is a little more important to me since the factory fogs are bright white as well.

I’ve searched, I’ve read, I’ve bookmarked DOZENS of threads here. Things tend to derail fast at times and I’d like some specific, experienced feedback as of this thread. That and new products come out that might not be included in other archived threads.

Question 2:

If my sole goal with my low beams is to simply have them match the whiter LED light from the fogs, Is there a very simple bulb replacement that would accomplish that? I’m talking about simply swapping out the bulb itself. No wire harnesses, no fans or fins, no cutting of the dust cover.....just a garden variety bulb swap that would match the LED fogs white color.

Let’s assume there is a good answer to that question.

Will these bulbs last? I ask that because in decades of being alive and owning many cars, I’ve never once replaced a bad headlight. Like everyone else, I use them a lot. Never a failure. Seems like a dumb question to ask but again, I’ve read a lot about various bulbs crapping out after short period of time. Will these suggested replacement bulbs last?

As for these two specific questions, can anyone provide a little insight?

Thank you very much!
