I may have to chat with some of the reps to see what I really need. "Need" lol it's not like what I have doesn't work, it just could be better.

You might need the heavier duty Constant Weight springs in the rear. Their chat is super helpful

I got the rear done last Sunday. Heaters are on in the garage, planning on knocking the front out today and getting the new rubber landed on the floor.

Just picked it up from the alignment. So far the ride is good, but I've only put about 25 miles on it. It is sitting MUCH higher than I expected in the front with the 3" 0-110 LB springs. The rear lift is pretty close to what I was expecting.
The caster alignment came out much lower than I expected with the UCA's. I believe the Ironman UCA's are supposed to have 4 degree of caster correction. Handles well and the steering is solid, getting some vibration between 65-70 MPH though.
2.4 Deg Left Front / 2.9 Deg Right Front
Shop said they couldn't get it higher than this while keeping everything else within range.
ETA - Spoke to Ironman this afternoon. They think my front's are too high with a stock bumper etc... I installed them as they were set and from what I can tell I need to pull a solid 1" - 1.5" of lift out of the front.

Did yours settle at all? Mine went from 23.5" to 22.5" after a week or so. My rear hardly settled at all. Here are my numbers, the tech said it aligned great!

Oh dang that is sitting pretty high! I thought about cranking mine up to 23", but I am going to wait till I figure out if I am going to do anything bumper/winch wise. I think I put about 200 miles on it between measurements. I think it was about a week or two.
I set my at what Ironman said to set it at, since I didn't get mine assembled. We set the driver side 1/4" higher and it sits level. We measured like 5 times before we assembled the front set up lol

Crazy thing is I measured mine before I put them on. They were sat a 8.5" as the spring chart said. I'm clueless as to why I'm sitting that high. I'm going to back them down tomorrow and then see where it settles.
ETA: I'm an idiot - After I pulled the coilovers and remeasured I was over 9". Somehow I didn't pay attention when I measured the first time around.

That is where I have mine set at. I believe it was supposed to be measured from the center of the eyelet?

Dang that sucks! It seems like their codes come and go. Might want to try hitting up their chat and see if they have any codes going on.

I just did about something else, when they respond I’ll work that in but I think I’m gonna wait for a sale as well. That 20%+15% you had was a crazy good deal!

That made it a no brainer to jump on. Couldn't pass that up at all.

Just read all 208 post. I have 5160 on hand, but waiting for the 6112s to come in since they are on back order. I am considering canceling my order and just get the ironman 4x4 set up. Somebody mentioned that they had vibrations at 65 70 mph, anybody else experiencing vibrations at higher speeds.

No vibe issues on mine. I had a small vibe at 60 +/-5 mph with the stock suspension when I was running 265/70R17 LT C duratracs, but was fixed temporarily by tire rotation. New tires (287/50R17 LT C Toyo AT 3s) and IFC suspension and no more vibe.
Vibration in general isn't primarily a shock/spring problem, but more an input/imbalance issue. The shock/spring are there to control the input/imbalance. A vibration that isn't being damped by the suspension may be a suspension problem, but if it is being damped then it's not necessarily a suspension problem.
