I used it also to get my lift, I would call ask for Chris tell him you have CC in hand ready to buy if he will give you that discount.

Anyone run different springs with the Ironman shocks? Like eibachs or dobinsons?

Why? Then you'd have to find a place to paint them lime green.

That’s one reason why I want to use different springs. But the main is because I only want a 1” rear lift. I’ve been seeing people are getting 2-3” rear lift with their kits.

Powder coat issue on green TOYO65C KO220 springs

Has anyone installed the green front TOYO65C constant load (100-200 lb) springs?
Both of my springs came with a slight powder coat defect. Both small defects are almost in the same spot.

I will check mine, but I don't think mine look like that.

I received the following response from Ironman, confirming my suspicion:

"Thank you for sending in the images of your coils. Not to worry, those are not defects. Coils are hung on large racks during the powder coating process. Once they are powder coated there are slight shadow marks left from the hangers. These marks are touched up with the same paint to complete the seal on the coils ensuring a long-lasting finish. Hope this helps!"

Been following this thread for a while. Just took advantage of their summer sale and bought the stage 2 FCP. Should I consider an front diff drop kit with this lift as well? Also have you had any issues with the sway bar coming into contact with the front crossmembers after the relocation?

You should get a diff drop. I installed my FCP without installing the diff drop (I was too tired by the end of the day) and now I regret it, I have to get back under the truck.

With moving forward the sway bar, I have no issues (OEM setting will touch the front springs).

Never found the diff drop to be necessary in any of my lifts. Everyone has their 2 cents on this. If your axles simply do not bind after lift it's not worth the effort. For me save the money / headache of installing.

As for as the sway bar goes, my stage 2 came with the relocation brackets and caused interference with the front crossmembers. I took it off and again I personally have not had any issues.

New member/owner here. Have just received my stage 3 Ironman 4x4 foam cell kit. Waiting on a diff drop kit, wheels and tires so I can get it all aligned together.

Anyone have install videos or tips/issues that aren’t addressed in the paper instructions?

Thanks

They have some really good youtube step by step instructions. Good luck. I got the nitro set up and absolutely love it.
