Never found the diff drop to be necessary in any of my lifts. Everyone has their 2 cents on this. If your axles simply do not bind after lift it's not worth the effort. For me save the money / headache of installing.
As for as the sway bar goes, my stage 2 came with the relocation brackets and caused interference with the front crossmembers. I took it off and again I personally have not had any issues.
